How much does our service cost?

All our services are completely free. We’re dedicated to providing accessible support to everyone in the Druid’s Heath community. Our work is funded entirely through donations, so if you find value in our services and want to help others access them too, consider contributing through our website. How do I get a food parcel?

For same-day food parcel collections, please call us before 12:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays. We’ll arrange everything needed to have it ready. Are there any specific needs or dietary requirements we should know about for your parcel?

How do I get help with benefits?

Our team can assist you with benefits applications, either through referrals from the Department of Work and Pensions or Birmingham City Council, or through self-referral. We recommend emailing us first, but you can also call. If there’s a particular benefit you need assistance with, let us know so we can guide you accordingly.

How do i get help applying for a household support funb?

While our Household Support Fund applications are currently closed, we hope to reopen in about a month. Keep an eye on our updates for when it’s back, or contact us so we can notify you once applications resume. Would you like us to inform you when new details are available?

What's the best way to book an appointment with the family support worker?

To book an appointment with our family support worker, please email us at familysupport@spearheadtrust.org.uk, or call us on 0121 433 3532 and we’ll respond within 48 hours. Is there a particular area of support you need help with, such as parenting, mental health, or housing?

What other services do you offer?

In addition to family support, we offer befriending services, a youth club, the “Young at Heart” group for those over 50, and “Stay and Play” sessions for children.
