With a decade of dedication to The Spearhead Trust, Anne-Marie brings both heart and expertise to her role as our Family Support Coordinator and Team Manager. Armed with a Bachelor of Science degree in working with children and a Master of Arts in work-based learning with children, young people and families, she combines academic rigor with genuine compassion.

Over her ten years with us, Anne-Marie has been instrumental in shaping our family support services, ensuring every family that walks through our doors receives the understanding and assistance they need. Her approach blends professional expertise with a warm, approachable style that puts families at ease.
